Bianca Theil named as Manager of New Zealand Women’s Sevens Album
Bianca Theil ,who is employed by NZRU as Executive Assistant to All Black’s Management has been appointed as the Manager of New Zealand Women’s Sevens Team.
This is a part time position which Bianca presently says is taking one day per week but will increase significantly once the New Zealand team is selected .In her role with the All Blacks she handles travel plans, hotels, buses, flights and working with the coaches and manager and these roles will replicated with the New Zealand Women’s Sevens team.
Bianca’s background has been in the hotel and hospitality industry in New Zealand and Australia where she specialised working with groups.
Bianca believes her appointment to this position is consistent with the NZRU appointing more and more women to management positions and the growth of women’s rugby in New Zealand.
